Craft Supplies:

  • White Cloth Napkins
  • Fabric Paint
  • Small Paper Plate
  • Baby Wipes
  • Trash Bags/Newspapers

Directions:

  • First lay your cloth napkins flat on some clean, trash bags or newspapers. This is especially important because the fabric paint will more than likely bleed through to the other side and you don’t want your pretty table to get messed up.
  • Squirt some paint on your paper plate.
  • Have children dip their fingers{or thumbs} into the paint and onto the napkin {twice, next to each other} to make a heart shape.
  • Repeat until the napkin is completely covered in hearts.
  • If desired, you can take a small paint brush and do some touch-ups to give each “heart” a more distinguished look. You can also outline each heart with Tulip Puffy Paint {affiliate link on Amazon} instead.
  • Once done with the decorating of the napkins, let the fabric paint dry completely before using or storing your napkins.
  • Then place in a small gift bag and gift them away to the lucky receiver on Valentine’s Day!
  • You can also pair your finished fingerprint heart napkins with a free gift tag printable from our roundup collection post! There are so many to choose from!
  • I highly recommend hand washing these heart themed napkins so they are good to go for years to come!
