Pool Noodle Stamped Christmas Wreath Craft

A festive Christmas craft project featuring green painted wreaths made from pool noodle crafts with glitter, bows, and pom-poms on gray paper, surrounded by holly decorations, paint supplies, and a smiling Santa cutout. @GLUEDTOMYCRAFTS appears at the bottom.

Are you looking for a festive and kid-friendly craft project this holiday season? This Pool Noodle Stamped Christmas Wreath is the perfect activity to spark creativity and holiday cheer! Using simple materials, kids can create their own unique wreath designs on paper to decorate your home or give away as handmade cards!

Craft Supplies:

  • A pool noodle (cut into small circular pieces)
  • Green acrylic paint
  • A paper plate (for paint)
  • White or colored cardstock paper
  • Red embellishments (stickers, jewels, or pom-poms for “berries”)
  • Glitter bows or ribbon
  • Glue or double-sided tape
  • Scissors
  • Protective table covering (to keep the mess contained)

Directions:

  • Prepare Your Workspace: Cover your table with a protective layer (e.g., newspaper or a plastic tablecloth). Set out all your materials within easy reach.
  • Create the Stamping Tool: Take a small piece of pool noodle and ensure one end is flat. This will be your stamping tool for the wreath shape.
  • Set Up the Paint: Pour a generous amount of green acrylic paint onto a paper plate. Spread it out slightly to create a thin layer for easy stamping.
  • Stamp the Wreaths: Dip the flat end of the pool noodle into the green paint. Make sure the paint covers the entire surface evenly. Press the pool noodle onto the cardstock paper to create a circular wreath shape. Repeat to make multiple wreaths on the same sheet or separate sheets.
  • Decorate the Wreaths: Once the paint is dry, glue or stick red embellishments onto the wreaths to mimic berries. Add glitter bows or ribbons to the bottom of each wreath for a festive touch.
  • Cut and Display: Cut out the wreaths from the cardstock if you want to use them as standalone decorations. Alternatively, leave them on the cardstock to create holiday cards or framed art.

Two handmade Christmas cards with painted wreaths and red glitter bows sit on a table with craft supplies: green paint, a purple sponge, beads, red paper, glitter bows, and materials perfect for pool noodle crafts. The username @GLUEDTOMYCRAFTS is displayed. A foam donut—perfect for pool noodle crafts—is painted green to stamp a wreath on white paper. Red dot stickers serve as berries, gold glitter sparkles, and a red bow decorates the bottom. Craft supplies and a bowl are nearby. Text: @GLUEDTOMYCRAFTS.

Once your Pool Noodle Stamped Christmas Wreaths are complete, display them proudly around your home or gift them to loved ones. Whether they’re hung on the fridge, turned into holiday cards, or framed as keepsakes, these handmade creations are sure to bring smiles and festive cheer.

Crafting together is what makes the holidays magical – so grab your supplies, let your creativity shine, and make this season unforgettable with a little paint, a lot of fun, and plenty of holiday spirit. Happy crafting and Merry Christmas, my friends!
