Fork Painted Sunflower Craft Idea For Fall

Sunflowers are one of the sweetest signs of fall, and this easy craft lets little hands make a whole bunch of them! With just a plastic fork and some paint, your kids can stamp cheerful petals in seconds. It’s a fun, mess-friendly activity that’s perfect for a cozy autumn afternoon.

Craft Supplies:

  • Blue construction paper
  • Yellow craft paint
  • Small paper plate
  • Plastic fork
  • Green marker
  • Brown dot stickers (for the flower centers)

Directions:

  1. Squeeze a small dollop of yellow craft paint onto your paper plate.
  2. Dip the tines of the plastic fork into the yellow paint, coating them well.
  3. Press the fork onto your blue paper to stamp petal shapes. Keep stamping in a circle to build a full sunflower, then repeat to make as many flowers as you like!
  4. Set the paper aside and let the paint dry completely.
  5. Once dry, place a brown dot sticker in the center of each flower.
  6. Use your green marker to draw a stem and a few leaves under each sunflower.
  7. Add any other embellishments you see fit and allow it to dry completely before displaying it proudly for all to see.

Fork Painted Sunflower Craft Idea For Fall
