Directions:

- Place one handprint on the left side of your remaining sheet of cardstock and the other handprint on the right side. Angle them slightly so the fingers point upward or outward – it gives the card a lively, expressive feel. Go ahead and glue them in place.
- Next up – use your black marker to write “Hands down.” along the top of the cardstock and “Best POP around!” along the bottom. Write “POP” in larger capital letters to make it stand out. Let the ink dry completely.
- If you haven’t already, scrunch your yellow and white crepe paper pieces into small, fluffy balls. Mix the two colors together for a realistic popcorn look.
- Apply small dots of glue across the cardstock – especially on and around the handprints. Then press your scrunched crepe paper pieces onto the glue dots one by one. Cluster them together on the handprints and scatter a few loosely around the rest of the card. The more you add, the fuller and more textured it looks!
- Set the finished card aside and let it dry completely — usually about 20 to 30 minutes. Once dry, the crepe paper balls hold their shape nicely and give the card a great 3D effect.
