To complete this “Halloween butterfly” craft, the first thing you need to do is print out our provided file, on a single sheet of white cardstock paper. Go ahead and use your choice of coloring material to color in the design. When done, use scissors to cut out the shape. Set aside for now.

Next up, fold TWO pieces of BROWN cardstock paper in half. Lay your child’s hand on both and trace around, so you can trim out FOUR cutouts for the wing’s of the butterfly.

Follow that up gluing those four pieces to the back of the decorated candy corn shape. Finally, add on two small googly eyes and an antenna cutout to the keepsake.

And that’s it for this craft! Children can of course add any other embellishments {like rhinestones all over the wings} to give it that custom look.

We hope this latest freebie from Glued To My Crafts comes in handy for you! Happy crafting, my friends! #gluedtomycrafts
