Spider Math Game – Free Printable For Halloween Learning Fun!
Hi friends! It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a game printable on the blog and with my little man being in Kindergarten now, I’m really trying to step up the LEARNING games around here!
In the past, these types of DIY learning games have been really popular on my blog and I really hope you take the time to print this Halloween themed one off & play it with your child today!
To assemble this simple Spider Math Game, all you need to do is download the free printable file below, print, grab some dice, a handful of plastic spiders and find a good space to set up shop.
To play, simply have children roll the dice, identify the numbers with spiders in the webs and then have them add them together to find the sum! Then repeat over and over again or change it up as you see fit! The possibilities are endless – I just set up the basic framework for you on this awesome addition learning game!
So what are you waiting for? It’s time to play! Find all the details below! #gluedtomycrafts
Spider Math Game Craft Supplies:
* White Cardstock
* Color Printer
* Spider Game Printable {Download HERE}
* Foam Counting Dice
* Plastic Jumping Spiders
optional – Laminator/Laminating Sheets/Dry Erase Markers
Directions:
* First download and print the Spider Math Game printable file.
* If desired, laminate the printable {which is an awesome way to have children practice writing numbers in the slots and then wipe away!}
* To play – roll TWO dice. Have children identify the numbers on each and place the corresponding spiders in each “web” of the printable. Finally have them add ALL the spiders together to get the sum of the equation. Then repeat, taking turns or switching things up as you see fit. If you do decide to laminate the sheet {which I highly recommend} you can also have children use dry-erase markers to write in the answers and wipe away with each turn. So many possibilities and I hope you run with it!!!
