Materials Needed:

  • Light pink cardstock (for the card base)
  • Light brown paper (for the “graham crackers”)
  • Dark brown paper (for the “chocolate”)
  • White paper (for the “marshmallow”)
  • Black marker or pen
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick or craft glue
  • Embellishments

Instructions:

  1. Create the S’more Layers:

    • Cut two rectangular strips from the light brown paper to represent the graham crackers.
    • Cut an irregular shape from the dark brown paper to represent the chocolate.
    • Trace your hand on white paper and cut it out to create the marshmallow. Add a smiling face with a black marker.

  2. Assemble the S’more:

    • Glue one light brown “graham cracker” strip near the top center of the card.
    • Layer the dark brown “chocolate” shape on top of the graham cracker.
    • Place the white handprint “marshmallow” on top of the chocolate.
    • Add the second light brown “graham cracker” strip on top of the marshmallow, slightly overlapping.

  3. Add Embellishments:

    • Decorate the handprint smores card with red glittery heart stickers and anything else you see fit.

  4. Write Your Message:

    • At the top of the card, write “I Love You” in a bold, handwritten style.
    • At the bottom, write “S’more!” with an exclamation mark.
