To begin this “if grandparents were apples” craft, start by printing out the provided file on a single sheet of white cardstock paper.
Next, have the children add their painted RED or GREEN handprint in the center of the paper. Allow the handprint to dry completely before drawing on the stem and leaf with markers. If desired, add on a smile as well.
And voila! Your handprint apple keepsake is complete! It’s as simple as that! Children can also add any additional embellishments they desire around the wreath design to make it even more special.
