This plastic ornament craft post is all about a simple and inexpensive way to turn these inexpensive pieces into one-of-a-kind creations! Today I’ve rounded up 10 fabulous craft ideas just for YOU!

With just a few easy steps and materials, they are perfect for last-minute gift giving and decorating!!

10 Fabulous and Super Easy Plastic Ornament Crafts

You will not BELIEVE how easy these are!

Recently I bought a stock-pile of plastic ornaments from my local Michael’s {they are on sale now!} and went to town on decorating them with ONLY MATERIALS I HAD ON HAND. Although I thought it would be a challenge, it wasn’t and I love my end results!

It took me maybe an hour to complete ALL ten and then I was able to tie a simple ribbon on the top of each & just hang away!!! Best part? Since they are plastic – they won’t break and kids can get in on the making as well!

So friends – although I don’t have full tutorials for each plastic ornament craft that I’m sharing, my hope is that my pictures will get the crafty juices flowing and in turn, inspire YOU to run with your own ideas!

For all my ornaments, I used my favorite trusty Tulip Puffy Paint because I love the precision of the paint tip on these and I also filled the inside of each ornament with cardstock I cut up with these fringe scissors. You can of course change these up or recreate them exactly as is!

Happy crafting and making AWESOME DIY Christmas ornament décor to enjoy for years to come!!! Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook so you never miss a new tutorial from us! #gluedtomycrafts

Craft Activity Safety Guidelines:

Always Ensure Adult Supervision - Young children should be supervised at all times when engaging in craft activities. This is essential to keep them safe and ensure materials are used correctly. Use Age-Appropriate Supplies - Choose craft supplies that are suitable for your child’s age. Check labels for recommendations and avoid items with small parts or sharp edges for younger children. Modify as Needed - Feel free to adapt materials or steps to meet your child's abilities and safety needs. For example, substitute scissors with safety scissors if necessary. Keep an Eye on Allergies - Be mindful of potential allergens in craft materials like glue, paint, or certain fabrics. Opt for non-toxic and hypoallergenic options whenever possible. Organize and Secure Supplies - Keep all craft tools and materials organized. Store sharp objects, small parts, and potentially hazardous items out of reach when not in use. Following these guidelines will ensure that crafts remain fun, creative, and, most importantly, safe for everyone involved!
