First cut your gray tissue paper into small squares {let the kids practice their cutting skills}
Set those aside.
Next take your paper plate and put a good amount of glue all over it.
Have children place the tissue paper on top of the glue, until the paper plate is completely covered.
While they are working on that, cut out the other elephant features from the cardstock. Think large ears, a tail, legs and of course - a large trunk!
To finish off the Paper Plate Elephant Kid Craft – staple/glue on the cardstock pieces in their designated spots, as well as other embellishments you see fit {as well as the wiggle eye so your elephant friend can see!}
Then allow it to dry completely before you display it proudly for everyone to admire!
