First grab and print out in color, our free earth day template printable on a single sheet of white cardstock paper. You only need ONE print per craft.

One by one, trace both of your child's hands on the colored paper.

Use scissors to trim out the two traced designs.

Discard excess paper.

Now it's time to finish it off. To make it look like the hands are "hugging" the earth, glue the two handprint cutouts {one on each side} of the earth design.

If desired, add other embellishments you see fit on your Earth Day paper piece. We added "happy earth day" with some simple scrapbook stickers around the earth design.

Then display/gift proudly for all to see!
