First take FOUR green cupcake liners and flatten them out with your hands.

Arrange them on the cardstock and glue them down to look like a four-leaf shamrock. This may take some extra effort but it’s super easy for kids to do.

Once the cupcake liners are down, grab your green cardstock paper and cut out a stem for the shamrock.

I also cut out a simple heart from gold glitter paper, to add to the center of it.

To finish your Cupcake Liner Shamrock, simply glue on the cut-out cardstock pieces, as well as adding other embellishments you see fit.

Then display proudly!
