Stuffed Bacon Jalapeno Crescent Rolls

1 (8 oz.) can of Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
16 ounce bacon, cooked & crumbled
3 large jalapenos, seeds & stem removed/minced
4 mozzarella string cheese, sliced in half
First cook your bacon and crumble it into small pieces. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut your string cheese into halves. Set aside.
Removed seeds and stem & dice your jalapeno.
Now it's time for the assembling. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles.
Place a piece of string cheese, along with some bacon and chopped jalapeno on the widest end and roll up. Place on your cookie sheet. Repeat for each dough piece.
With remaining bacon & minced jalapenos - sprinkle on top of the finished crescent rolls.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
