Preheat your oven to 400.

Line your muffin tins with paper cups. This recipe makes about 12-18 muffins.

Grab your kitchen aide and cream together your oil, sour cream, eggs and vanilla.

Now gradually mix in your remaining dry ingredients {minus the Milky Ways} into the wet mixture.

Once all your ingredients are well combined, pour your mixture into your muffin cups.

Unwrap each Milky Way piece. Press one candy bar piece into each muffin cup with batter mixture. You will want a little bit of the candy bar peaking out.

Place your muffin pan in your oven and bake for 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick in the center, comes out clean.

Once they are done, pull out of the oven and let them cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
