First print the ghost template on white cardstock paper.

Have your child cut out the ghost shape, along with the black eyes and mouth. Discard the leftover paper.

Next put a good layer of glue all over the cutout.

Have your child place the cotton balls on top of the glue, until the ghost is completely covered.

Now glue the black cardstock eyes & mouth on top of the cotton balls.

To finish off your Halloween craft set aside the cotton ball covered piece to let it all dry completely before displaying proudly!.
