Paper Plate Max - Where The Wild Things
Bring the beloved story of 'Where the Wild Things Are' to life with this fun and creative paper plate craft idea for kids!
- Black Cardstock Paper
- White Cardstock Paper
- 1 Large Paper Plate
- White Tissue Paper
- Skin Tone Craft Paint
Instructions
- First cut your white tissue paper into small squares.
- Take the paper plate and have children paint the center of it with the tan paint.
- Now put a good amount of glue around the rim of the paper plate and have children place the tissue paper on top of the glue, until it's completely covered.
- While they are working on that, cut out the facial features of Max {use the book as an example}
- To finish off the Paper Plate Max kid craft – staple/glue the cardstock pieces in their designated spots on the paper plate.
- Then display proudly!
