First draw/cut out your surf board shape from a paper plate. I just imagined an eye/football shape and went from there.

Next cut your tissue paper into your small squares.

Put a good layer of glue all over the paper plate and have your child place the tissue paper on top of the glue, until the plate is completely covered.

While they are working on that, cut out some "waves" from the blue cardstock.

To finish off the Paper Plate Surf Board craft, add your embellishments {washi tape for stripes & flowers} and staple the paper plate piece to the cardstock waves.

Then display proudly for all to see!!!
