First draw a thick line of glue near the hairline of the foam face cutout.

Have children lay their plastic leaves on top of the glue, until they have a "hair" design they like.

To finish if all off, have children glue on some wiggle eyes, as well as drawing some lips and a nose.

Then add other embellishments you see fit and lay it an undisturbed area so your project can dry! Then display proudly!
