First things first - squirt some black craft paint on your paper plate.

Next grab the styrofoam cup and paint brush.

Flip the cup over {bottom facing upwards} and have children paint their cup completely black.

When done painting, set aside the cup to let it dry completely.

Now grab your craft foam and cut out bat wings out of the black foam and fangs out of the white.

To finish off the Paper Cup Bat, glue on the foam pieces and wiggle eyes in their designated spots and display proudly!!!
