First decide the color scheme you want for your fox. For our video, I went with TWO red hearts for the head and triangle ears portion, while using TWO white hearts for the facial and inner ear part. When you have your colors decided, lay out your pieces on your surface.
Now you are ready to start cutting. Grab your scissors and the foam heart shape that will be the center of the fox’s face. In our case, it was a white heart.
Go ahead and cut it in half, straight up the center, to create two equal sized pieces.
Since your heart half pieces will probably be too big to place on the larger heart right now, go ahead and stack the two pieces together and trim off a bit on the edge, so it will fit nicely on the fox's head.
Next up - grab the black cardstock.
Cut out TWO small circular eyes and a large circular nose for the fox.
Finally, out of the remaining two craft foam hearts, cut out TWO larger triangles and TWO smaller triangles to be placed inside the first two pieces. This will be the ears.
The final step is assembling your Valentine foxes.
Grab ALL your craft foam and paper pieces & choice of adhesive.
Start off by gluing the half heart pieces to the large craft foam heart shape.
Follow that up by gluing on the ears, as well as the eyes and nose.
At this point, you can also choose to add on other embellishments to give it that “dazzle” for Valentine’s Day {I went with a bow on mine.}
When done decorating your craft foam heart fox, set it aside to let it dry completely before you display it proudly.
Don't forget to share pictures with us afterwards if you can!
