Simply cut out a square of tissue paper for EACH lollipop you are making. Place your lollipop in the center of the square, fold up/bunch the tissue paper around the lollipop {to cover it} and tie it off with a piece of twine or ribbon to secure. Repeat for each party favor you are making.

Next is the cardstock. Cut out a beak/wattle for each turkey. Use glue dots to secure them to the lollipop/tissue paper. Go ahead and add on the wiggle eyes as well!

The final touch is the plastic leaves aka - the feathers! Use your glue dots to secure them to the lollipop/tissue paper.
