First print out our provided printable, in color, on a single sheet of white cardstock paper. You only need one print per craft.
Once you have the eggs printed out, use your scissors to cut out the SIX decorated shapes. Set them all aside and discard excess paper.
Now it's time to assemble your wood stick basket. Get your low-temp glue gun hot and ready.
Lay SEVEN jumbo popsicle sticks next to each other, followed by gluing the two remaining sticks the opposite direction. You will now have a basic square shape that looks like a fence. If desired - you can paint your basket.
Now grab a single pipe cleaner. Bend it slightly so it looks like a "basket handle" and hot glue it to your assembled popsicle stick shape.
Add a long piece of washi tape on top of it, to cover up the hot glue/pipe cleaner ends and give your craft piece a nicer, cleaner look.
Now it's time to add the paper eggs to the basket. Grab your glue stick and paper pieces.
Arrange however you like and glue them together so they look they are piled on top of each other. My best explanation for this is a bowling pin formation. Three, then two and finally one on top.
Go ahead and use a small amount of hot glue to secure the paper pieces to the back of the wood shape.
To finish off the popsicle stick Easter craft, add other embellishments like glitter, small bows etc. to give it your own custom look.
Then display proudly for ALL to see!
