Next use scissors to trim out the elephant shape from the printable.

Before you discard the excess paper, cut along one side and make a 1" inch wide, long paper strip. If you don't feel like you have enough room to work with {ever printer prints differently} go ahead and just grab another sheet of gray cardstock paper to complete this step.

Take the paper strip and fold it a few times, like an accordion to make the elephant's trunk.

Now grab another sheet of colored cardstock, all the other paper pieces, the wiggle eyes and your choice of adhesive.

We are going to start off by gluing the elephant head to the center of your large paper.

Follow that up by adhering the folded paper "trunk" to the center of the face.

Now glue on the eyes so your elephant can see.

Finally, if you like, cut out a small paper heart from your pink cardstock.

Adhere the paper heart to the end of the paper trunk in the craft.

Add any other embellishments you like {like maybe a smiling face like ours} and display your paper elephant masterpiece proudly for all to see!
