First things first - if you aren't using pre-folded cards, go ahead and make one now. You will want ONE card piece per paper doily gnome craft.

Next use your glue dots {or pop up dots} to adhere your white, paper doily heart to the front/center of the cardstock card but you want the heart upside down. Repeat for each valentine you are making today. This is the gnome's beard and head.

Following that step, cut out a simple triangle shape from the scrapbook paper.

Adhere the triangle piece to the tip of the paper heart doily to create his hat.

To finish off your doily gnome valentine, simple add his heart shaped "nose" to the center of it all, to tie it together.

Then add other embellishments you see fit - like bows, glitter, stamped sentiments etc!
