First things first - download our FREE TREE BRANCH PRINTABLE, listed above in the supply list.
Find it on your computer and print it on a single sheet of light blue cardstock. You only need ONE print per cherry blossom covered tree craft.
Now grab your small paper plate and the two shades of craft paint.
Squirt a small amount of each paint color, on on the paper plate.
Now have your child grab their piece of raw broccoli. Using it like a sponge, have them dip it in each of the paint colors, then on the tree printable. It's ok if the two colors blend together - in fact, it will give it more dimension!
Repeat until the leaves/tree starts to look full and covered in beautiful cherry blossoms.
When your child have the design they like, set it aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!!!
Don't forget to share pictures of your broccoli stamped cherry blossom tree creations on your various social media sites! #gluedtomycrafts
