Now that you have the printable, go ahead and color in the lion face with a yellow crayon {or marker.}

When done coloring in the printable, use the scissors to trim out the lion head.

Discard the leftover cardstock paper and set aside the paper piece lion head till later.

Now grab a single sheet of black cardstock and your various colors of washi tape.

Using one color roll at a time, tear off several "lines" of washi tape and place them on the paper going outward from the center of the paper {see our image for example} to make the lion's mane. Add as many pieces of washi tape and colors that you like. You want it to be nice and "fluffy" though.

When done with the washi tape, go ahead and grab your lion head cutout & glue stick.

Glue the lion head to the center of your washi tape mane design you just made on the paper.

Add any other embellishments you see fit.

Then display proudly for all to see!
