Handprint Stuck Inside Keepsake Idea For Families To Make
Dear friends – if you have been a long time follower of Glued To My Crafts, you already know how much I LOVE sharing various keepsake printables with my readers. I make it my goal every month and major holiday, to share a quick and easy way to capture the moment in time with your little one.
So on that note, as you may already know, our latest handprint “stuck inside” keepsake printable is inspired by current events. Although the things that have unfolded in the past few weeks are not ideal for many, we are trying to make the best out of it as best as we can. With lots of craft time indoors – of course!
With the simple steps and the free printable I have provided below, you can make a unique family themed keepsake with your child, in just a matter of few minutes. Just download, print and then add your choice of painted handprints {yours and your child’s!} in the center to complete the craft. That’s it! Easy peasy!
Then once the paper “stuck indoors” keepsake piece is completely dry, you can add a few small heart stickers embellishments, have children sign their name in the provided space and then place it a scrapbook, along with a current picture, to mark the occasion. Like I mentioned above, just imagine all the conversations you can have, in the coming years, when you find your beautiful piece in your scrapbook. I bet you are going to have a good chuckle about the lack of toilet paper and smile when you think of all the things you did as a family!
Anyways – let’s get to crafting and recreating this paper “no one else I rather” keepsake idea! I’ve made it super easy for you to recreate it – promise! All the steps and free printable can be found below in the full tutorial!
Don’t forget to share with us pictures of your child’s finished paper and handprint stuck inside keepsake pieces with us on our Facebook page or tag us on Instagram. We can’t wait to see how you give it your own crafty spin!
Happy crafting, my dear friends! Hopefully we were able to make this crazy moment in a time, a little more memorable today! #gluedtomycrafts
