Paper Plate Hiding Bunny Craft Supplies:
- Large Paper Plate
- Basic Paper Craft Scissors
- Brown Craft Paint {or any other craft medium}
- Paint Brush
- Small Flower Stickers or Embellishments
- White Cardstock
- FREE BUNNY IN DIRT PRINTABLE TEMPLATE
- Color Printer
- Basic Hand Held Office Stapler
- optional – loose craft glitter, brown crinkle paper, etc.
Directions:
- First things first – download and print the FREE hiding bunny printable above. Print one bunny per craft, on a single sheet of white cardstock. Feel free to print as many as you like!
- Using your scissors, trim out the bunny shape and around the hole that he is in. When done, set it aside till you are ready for the assembling step.
- Next up, grab ONE large paper plate per bunny craft. Go ahead and cut it in half. You only need ONE paper plate half per craft so reserve one piece for a rainy day!
- Now grab your brown craft paint and paint brush. Paint the paper plate half that you just made, completely brown. If desired, add some brown glitter on top of the wet paint {I found mine at Michaels!}
- Go ahead and add the flower stickers on top of the wet paint as well, so your dirt “mound” starts coming together.
- When done, set them aside to let them dry a bit.
- Finally – the last step. Grab your bunny paper piece and stapler.
- Staple the bunny to the paper plate “dirt” so it looks like he is peeking out.
- And that’s it! Add other embellishments you see fit before displaying your Bunny Hiding In The Dirt Piece proudly for ALL to see!
