Give something extra special and unexpected to your child’s bus driver this school year!
Check out our “Driving Me Miles & Miles” Bus Driver Card Printable below! #gluedtomycrafts
With the back-to-school season, we often think about the teachers. But what about the bus drivers? They are a big part of the whole picture as well and support our kids in a big way too! So I recently was inspired to make a little something for these hard workers so they can be recognized as well!
There are two designs in the free printable and you are free to use either {or both!} One is owl themed and the other dog.
When printed and assembled, you can either gift it as is {after your child signs it, of course!} or slip a small gift card inside for an added gesture. Whatever you decide to do with the “miles and miles” printable, I hope it comes in handy for you!
THE HOW-TO:
To complete this card idea, all you need is some cardstock, a color printer, scissors and adhesive.
First step – simply print out our FREE CARD PRINTABLE on some thick white cardstock {in color} and trim out each section with scissors. You need one piece per card. Set aside.
Next up, make a card out of another sheet of colored cardstock. Just fold the paper in half and trim down if needed.
Now take your cutout and adhesive. Adhere the printable to the front of the card. That’s it! Pat yourself on the back because you did it!
Although I love sharing these printables on Glued To My Crafts, there are some “simple” rules to follow so I can keep offering these to my lovely readers!
Just like with all my free printables – please only print these for personal use. This Driving Me Miles and Miles – Bus Driver Card Printable can also be used for home decor, gifts, scrapbooking, other cardmaking ideas etc. But please – no altering, selling or claiming as your own. Also no business or commercial use either. When sharing these on the internet – please link directly to this page and not to the download itself. #gluedtomycrafts
Remember this idea is also great for ALL the holidays, especially Christmas! Bus drivers often get forgotten during these time frames, so be sure to make them feel extra special for what they do, every day, all year long!
