Apple Nachos Made With Caramel Sauce
Hi friends! I’m so glad you have landed on our Dessert Apple Nachos post today!
While “we” are on a summer break from school in the Glued To My Crafts household, I’m trying to get as much “DIY” time as we can in the craft room AND kitchen.
So… that’s how today’s Dessert Apple Nachos tutorial came along. It’s a super quick snack recipe that lil man can make completely by himself AND it’s a clever afternoon dessert treat we can enjoy together.
Best part? No heating or fancy kitchen equipment required, all while satisyfing your sweet tooth within minutes. Plus you can substitute things out for what you have on hand and/or desire. There is honestly no real “rules” to it. Just raid your fridge and pantry & make it happen today!

You can’t resist this sweet treat! This recipe is perfect for a fun afternoon snack or activity in the classroom!
Apple Nachos Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Sliced Fuji or Granny Smith Apple
- Caramel Ice Cream Topping Sauce
- Salted Peanuts
- Fresh Blueberries
- Colorful Sprinkles
- Whipped Cream
optional items that can be sprinkled on top: melted peanut butter or almond butter, mini chocolate chips, almonds, mixed nuts, mini candy bars chopped up, raisins, toffee bits, pretzels, granola, mini marshmallows, dried cranberries, white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- The directions are pretty simple and straightforward. Just lay a handful of your apple slices {this is the “chips” of your nacho platter} on a large plate.
- Drizzle them with a good amount of caramel sauce {the cheese.}
- Then add your blueberries {olives} peanuts, sprinkles or whatever topping you like etc. on top.
- Finally top off everything with some whipped cream “sour cream” in the middle.
- Enjoy immediately!
