- Orange Craft Yarn
- Green Craft Felt
- Craft Scissors
- Thick Tacky Glue or for older children, Hot Glue Gun
Directions:
- You need ONE flat clothespin per carrot craft.
- If using a glue gun, get it hot and ready {only for older children or adults!}
- Start off by going to town on WRAPPING the orange yarn several times around the clothespin {from top to bottom} until it’s completely covered and the thickenness you like.
- When done, use scissors to cut the yarn.
- Hot glue {or use tacky glue} the end of the yarn piece to the clothespin, so it doesn’t come un-done. Set aside.
- Grab your green craft felt and scissors. Cut out some greenery for the carrot top.
- Glue it to the clothespin.
- Repeat the above steps and set ALL your yarn wrapped carrots aside to let them dry completely before playing/displaying proudly!
