Bunny Peaking Behind Fence Kid Craft Supplies:
* Craft Foam Egg Shape {any color you like – I got mine at Michaels}
* Jumbo Popsicle Sticks {9 per craft}
* Colored Cardstock {green being important!}
* School Glue
* Scissors
* Large WIggle Eyes
* Small Pom Poms
Directions:
* First things first – assemble your fence. This is done by laying SEVEN jumbo popsicle sticks next to each other, followed by gluing the two remaining sticks the opposite direction. You will have a basic square that looks like a fence. Set aside to let it dry. If desired – you can paint your fence.
* Now grab your green cardstock. Cut a square that will fit behind the fence. Use your scissors to cut small thin strips and give it the look like grass. Just don’t cut TOO FAR down on the square. Cut maybe half way down the square with small thin strips.
* Glue your “grass” behind your newly made “fence.” If desired – scrunch/bend some of the green cardstock to really give it dimension and the feel of grass.
* Next is the craft foam egg shape that is turned into a bunny. You will want to cut some cardstock ears out and attach them to the egg shape to make a bunny. Then glue on the wiggle eyes and pom pom nose to the center.
* To finish off the bunny kid craft by gluing your egg shape to the back of the popsicle stick fence. Then set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!
* Don’t forget to add other embellishments like glitter, small bows etc. to give it that custom look!
