Craft Foam Egg Flamingo Craft Supplies:
* Large Craft Foam Egg Shape in a shade of pink
* Pink/Orange/Black Cardstock
* Pencil
* Scissors
* School Glue
* Small Wiggle Eye
* Stapler
Directions:
* One pink craft foam egg shape will make ONE flamingo.
* First grab your pink cardstock, pencil and scissors. Trace your child’s hand on the paper. Trim out the handprint with scissors and glue it to the center of the craft egg {the egg should be sideways when you are look it} to make the flamingo’s “wing.” Use our picture for an example.
* With the remaining pink cardstock, cut out a long, curved “head/neck” for your flamingo. Staple it to the craft foam egg.
* Take your black cardstock and cut out a small triangle “nose” for the flamingo. Glue it to the pink head piece. Finish off with the wiggle eye on the same piece.
* Now take your orange cardstock and cut out two stick “legs” for the flamingo. Staple it to the egg.
* To finish off your Craft Foam Egg Flamingo, add other embellishments you see fit {maybe some glitter.} Then set aside to let it dry completely, before displaying proudly!
