Skip the candy in the classroom this upcoming Valentine’s Day holiday and jump on the slime craze with us!!! These SUPER EASY Valentine’s Day Slime Party Favor pieces are extra simple and rather inexpensive to recreate too! #gluedtomycrafts
Perfect for a classroom party or even just a “friend gift” – it’s just so simple, you have NO EXCUSE not to make your own!
And with homemade slime still growing in popularity these days, it’s sure to be a real winner in ANYONE’S HANDS!
The little plastic containers I used for my Valentine Slime Favors, were found in the aisle by the ziplock plastic bags and containers.
They are like condiment containers I believe? They fit in the palm of your hand, hold 4 ounces and weigh very little. If you have a hard time finding them, you can however, use our affiliate link to score yours!

To create these, I used my trusty Tulip Puffy Paint {affiliate link} & decorated the lids with little red hearts and a white arrow through them. You can of course, do ANY design you like. You could even write words or do a happy face instead.
Be sure to set aside the painted lids for a few hours, to allow the puffy paint to dry completely.
Then once the lids were dry, I made up some basic pink glitter slime {just pink glitter glue and extra glitter added – find our trusty slime recipe HERE} and divided it up between three containers {keep that number in mind when making yours – you might even be able to do four!}
Once filled, place the lid on each container and gift away. Repeat until you have enough for everyone!
You can also use this idea with our Valentine’s Day Scented Playdough! Just swap the slime out for this fun mixture instead!
Happy crafting, my friends!!! #gluedtomycrafts
