Everybody needs a magical piece to complete their Christmas tree this upcoming holiday season and if you are in the DIY mood, may I suggest you add a handmade Unicorn Plastic Ornament to your decor?! #gluedtomycrafts
Run {don’t walk} because YOU need to grab a butt-load of those inexpensive plastic ornaments that are Michael’s right now! You can get a pack of SIX for $6 {$1 an ornament!} You can’t beat that!
I’m on a DIY kick right now and I’ll be sharing SEVERAL different ways to dress up an inexpensive ornament in the coming days on Glued TO My Crafts {including Mickey, Minnie and even a Minion!} Don’t miss out OR let anyone else buy you out!!!
Anyways – back to our Unicorn Ornament. I don’t have a full step-by-step tutorial to share today BUT I’m hoping my pictures inspire you enough to recreate it yourself.
First I filled my plastic ornament with some glitter and white paper pieces that I cut up with fringe scissors {affiliate link.} You can also buy pre-made white crinkle paper to fill it with {affiliate link.}
Then I used my trusty Tulip Puffy Paint {my favorite – affiliate link} to draw on the unicorn face and flowers on the plastic ornament.
Finally I finished off my unicorn by hot gluing a gold paper horn on that I had cut out with scissors.
Then set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!!!

Easy peasy and I hope it inspires you! Like I said, check back in the next few days for EVEN MORE crafty ornament ideas! Till then, check out our Cinnamon Applesauce Ornament post from the past blog archives of Glued To My Crafts. It’s a childhood favorite of mine! #gluedtomycrafts
Happy crafting, my friends!!!
