Love You “Beary” Much Craft Supplies:
* Free Valentine Bear Template Printable {download HERE}
* White Cardstock
* Color Printer
* Craft Paint {we used a shade of brown}
* Foam Paint Brush
* Paper Plate
* Baby Wipes
* Brown Cardstock
* Craft Scissors
* Small Wiggle Eyes
* Glue Stick
optional embellishments like heart stickers, glitter glue, rhinestones etc.
Directions:
* First download the Beary Much Printable. Print it out, in color, on a single sheet of white cardstock {or any color you like!} You only need ONE print per keepsake.
* Now grab your brown craft paint and squirt it on the paper plate.
* Using the foam paint brush, paint your child’s hand completely and press it in the center of the printable on the heart.
* Gently lift up their hand and use the baby wipes {and a trip to the sink} to remove excess paint.
* Allow the paint on the paper to dry a bit.
* Now grab some brown cardstock and start adding embellishments to give the handprint the look of a bear. I did a simple head with circular ears and wiggle eyes but you are more than welcome to change this step up!
* Once done, set aside to let it dry completely.
* Add other embellishments to give your Handprint Love You Beary Much piece a personalized look, as well as having children sign the bottom.
* Then display/gift proudly!
