Valentine Mice Kid Craft Supplies:

* Large Craft Foam Hearts – one heart makes TWO mice {affiliate link}
* Colored Cardstock
* School Glue
* Kid Friendly Craft Scissors
* Large Wiggle Eyes – one per mouse craft
* Large Craft Buttons – one per mouse craft
* Colorful Craft Yarn
optional – embellishments like glitter, rhinestones etc.

Directions:

* One craft foam heart will make TWO mice {awesome – right?} First have children cut their craft heart in half. Straight up the center to make TWO equal sized bodies for the valentine mice.
* Next grab your cardstock and scissors.
* Have children cut out a large ear {or ears} for each mouse they are making.
* Set aside.
* Now grab the yarn.
* Cut one long piece of yarn for EACH mouse you are making. This will it’s tail.
* To finish off your Craft Foam Mice, have children glue their cardstock pieces in place, as well as the yarn tail.
* Then add a wiggle eye and a button nose, followed by adding other embellishments they see fit {like glitter, heart stickers etc.} before displaying proudly!
* Remember to encourage your child to really add their own crafty spin along the way!!!
