Inspired by my love of owls, today I’m sharing this DIY “hoot-tastic” handmade Cotton Pad Owl card idea! It’s completely customizable {no two owls should be alike!} and young kiddos will LOVE making & sharing them too!
Perfect for the upcoming Valentine’s Day holiday or ANY day of the year, when you want to tell someone that you love them! It’s seriously so easy to recreate!

This easy and adorable cotton ball owl card is perfect for kids! It’s a great craft to do with your child, and it only takes a few minutes to make a hole stack of sweet owls!
Craft Supplies:
- Cotton Pads
- Felt Glue
- Small Wiggle Eyes
- Paper Craft Scissors
- Cardstock Paper

Directions:
- First things first – fold a cardstock piece in half to make a card.
- Repeat for each card you want to make.
- Grab ONE cotton pad and the thick tacky glue.
- Glue the cotton pad in the center of your card front to create the owl body.
- Set aside the card.
- Next grab your sheets of cardstock paper and scissors.
- Cut out “owl” features like triangular nose, wings/feathers, feet etc.
- Glue those to your cotton pad card.
- Go ahead and also glue on the small wiggle eyes for your owl to see!
- Finish off your Cotton Round Owl Card by adding other embellishments {like some glitter or bows} before writing a sweet message inside and mailing away!!!
