Cupcake Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 cup flour
* 1 1/2 cup sour cream
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup vegetable oil
* 2 large eggs
* 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
* 12-18 Mini Milky Way Candy Bars

Directions:
* Preheat your oven to 400.
* Line your muffin tins with paper cups. This recipe makes about 12-18 muffins.
* Grab your kitchen aide and cream together your oil, sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
* Now gradually mix in your remaining dry ingredients {minus the Milky Ways} into the wet mixture.
* Once all your ingredients are well combined, pour your mixture into your muffin cups.
* Unwrap each Milky Way piece. Press one candy bar piece into each muffin cup with batter mixture. You will want a little bit of the candy bar peaking out.
* Place your muffin pan in your oven and bake for 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick in the center, comes out clean.
* Once they are done, pull out of the oven and let them cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
