Milky Way Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

Yummy caramel and decadent chocolate mingle together to make a simple chocolate and candy bar cupcake recipe that anyone can make!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 12-18 Mini Milky Way Candy Bars

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400.
- Line your muffin tins with paper cups. This recipe makes about 12-18 muffins.
- Grab your kitchen aide and cream together your oil, sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
- Now gradually mix in your remaining dry ingredients {minus the Milky Ways} into the wet mixture.
- Once all your ingredients are well combined, pour your mixture into your muffin cups.
- Unwrap each Milky Way piece. Press one candy bar piece into each muffin cup with batter mixture. You will want a little bit of the candy bar peaking out.
- Place your muffin pan in your oven and bake for 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick in the center, comes out clean.
- Once they are done, pull out of the oven and let them cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
