Chocolate Milky Way Cupcakes - Unbelievably Easy Recipe From Us!

Milky Way Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

Sneak some delicious mini chocolate pieces from your child’s trick-or-treat loot this Halloween {the mom tax as I put it!} and save them to make some delicious and ooey-gooey Milky Way Cupcakes within an hour! I promise you – they are simply delicious!

Yummy caramel and decadent chocolate mingle together to make a simple chocolate and candy bar cupcake recipe that anyone can make!

Sounds delicious and amazing, right? So what are you waiting for? Throw on that apron and BAKE something sweet & delicious chocolate and milky way cupcakes up today! Save them all for yourself {I won’t tell!} or share them with friends & family.

Milky Way Cupcakes - Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12-18 Mini Milky Way Candy Bars

ANOTHER RECIPE TO TRY TODAY —> Pumpkin Chili Soup

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400.
  • Line your muffin tins with paper cups. This recipe makes about 12-18 muffins.
  • Grab your kitchen aide and cream together your oil, sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
  • Now gradually mix in your remaining dry ingredients {minus the Milky Ways} into the wet mixture.
  • Once all your ingredients are well combined, pour your mixture into your muffin cups.
  • Unwrap each Milky Way piece. Press one candy bar piece into each muffin cup with batter mixture. You will want a little bit of the candy bar peaking out.
  • Place your muffin pan in your oven and bake for 16-18 minutes or until a toothpick in the center, comes out clean.
  • Once they are done, pull out of the oven and let them cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
