Fall Popcorn Mix Ingredients:
* ½ cup popcorn kernels or 1 bag of microwave popcorn (unbuttered)
* 1 bag of melting white chocolate
* 1 cup broken pretzels
* 1 cup graham cracker cereal
* 1 cup candy corn
Directions:
* First spread your popped popcorn onto a cookie sheet (or the counter) lined with parchment paper.
* Now take your broken pretzels and graham cracker cereal & mix it with the popcorn on the cookie sheet. Set aside.
* Melt 2 cups of white chocolate chips in the microwave. I melted mine in {2} 30 second intervals, stirring each time until it was fully melted. Don’t over melt it though. After the second 30 second interval, you should be able to stir it enough and it melted while stirring.
* Grab a fork and drizzle the melted white chocolate all over the popcorn mix, zig zagging back and forth to really cover everything.
* Next go ahead and grab your candy corn pieces and remaining UNMELTED chocolate chips. Sprinkle both over the top of the drizzled white chocolate.
* Allow your Fall Popcorn Mix to cool and then break up a bit and enjoy! {psst – salted peanuts are also great to add to this mix!!!}
