Popsicle Stick & Paper Garden Gnomes Craft
Every garden needs a GNOME and with spring just around the corner – that’s exactly what inspired today’s Popsicle Stick Gnomes post!
With just a few simple supplies and a little imagination, you too can bring some one-of-a-kind garden gnomes to life with our latest kid craft tutorial!
So let’s grab our supplies and make some adorable & completely customizable gnomes together! Then display as is OR set up shop for some garden themed playtime in the living room. Whatever you do – you AND your child have fun with it!

PAIR THIS GNOME CRAFT IDEA WITH —> Scoop Stick Garden Gnomes
Garden Gnomes Craft Supplies:
* Jumbo Wood Sticks – three per garden gnome craft
* School Glue
* Craft Paint – any color you like!
* Small Paper Plate
* Foam Paint Brush
* Kid Friendly Paper Craft Scissors
* Patterned Scrapbook Paper
* Matching Color Cardstock Paper
* White Cardstock Paper
* Light Brown Cardstock Paper
optional materials – flower stickers, glitter glue, rhinestones etc.
Directions:
* The fun starts here! First things first – grab three popsicle sticks {three per garden gnome} as well as the craft paint supplies.
* Squirt your choice of color of craft paint on the paper plate.
* Grab your paint brush and go ahead & paint the THREE popsicle sticks completely.
* Next up – glue the three painted sticks together to look like a triangle with the school glue.
* Set aside the triangle piece to let it dry completely.
* Repeat for each spring inspired garden gnome you want to make today.
* While that is drying, grab all your paper sheets and scissors.
* Cut a triangular shape, from the patterned scrapbook paper paper, that will be placed within the popsicle stick design and be the body of the gnome.
* Out of the remaining cardstock, you want to cut out a long white beard {or pony tails} a large triangle hat, light brown colored nose and anything else you can think of!
* To finish off the Popsicle Stick Gnome – go ahead and glue all your paper pieces in place, with some school glue on the painted popsicle stick shape. The scrapbook paper triangle will go on the back of the popsicle stick shape, while all the other pieces go on the front.
* Then add other embellishments they see fit to complete the look.
* Once done, set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!
