Recently I was asked to participate in “Craft Lightning Week” with Angie from the Country Chic Cottage and Caroline from 30 Minutes Crafts. Of course I was flattered {more like honored} and instantly said yes!!!
And guess what? The fun starts today and all week long my new bloggy friends Angie, Caroline and I {along with some other crafty friends from around the web} are sharing 15 minute or less Busy Bag Ideas that ANYONE can pull together on the fly!!!
So without further ado – here is my addition {and start} to Craft Lightning Week on the blog. I present to you my Bunny Ear Color Match Game, inspired by the upcoming Easter holiday. Bunny Ear Color Match Game Supplies:
* Clothespins {two per bunny set}
* Small 3-inch Cork Circles {or small wood circles}
* Craft Paint {a different color per bunny set}
* Small Paint Brushes
* Black Sharpie
* Paper Plate
Directions:
* First divide up your pieces and decide how many colors you want to make. You will want TWO clothespins per cork circle.
* Now you are ready for paint. Paint each set a different color and set it aside to let it dry completely.
* To finish off your Bunny Ear Color Match Game – grab your black Sharpie and draw on some eyes, nose and whiskers on to your finished pieces.
* Then pile it all in a zip-lock baggie and pull it out whenever you NEED a little boredom-buster for your little one. All your child needs to do from there is match up the colors and “pin” on the eyes for the bunnies to see!
