Inspired by spring – today’s Popsicle Stick Garden Fairies craft tutorial is picture-perfect for the crafty little girls in your life!
Perfect to celebrate the glorious spring weather outside OR any day of the year really – these beautiful popsicle stick fairy creations can be used in home decor or in your child’s creative imaginative play.
So let’s grab our supplies and throw some pixie dust in the air as we make these adorable & completely customizable fairies together! Then display as is OR set up shop for some “fairy” playtime in the living room. Whatever you do – you AND your child have fun with it!

Garden Fairy Craft Supplies:
* Jumbo Popsicle Sticks – 3 per fairy craft – affiliate link on Amazon}
* School Glue
* Craft Paint – any color you like!
* Small Paint Brush
* Small Paper Plate
* Skin Tone Cardstock Paper
* Decorative Scrapbook Paper {think flowers, shades of pink etc}
* Paper Heart Doilies – 2 per fairy craft {affiliate link on Amazon}
* Craft Scissors
* Colored Markers
optional materials – other embellishments like glitter, rhinestones and stickers

Directions:
* First grab three popsicle sticks {three per fairy} and glue them together to look like a triangle.
* Set aside to let it dry completely.
* Repeat for each fairy.
* If desired – squirt some craft paint on your paper plate and paint your craft stick shape.
* Set aside again.
* While those are drying, grab your scrapbook paper and cut a triangle that will fit inside the popsicle stick design. This will be the fairy’s body and dress design.
* At this time you should also grab the other cardstock paper and cut out a circular head, along with hair and legs for the fairy {be sure to draw on facial characteristics with your markers!}
* To finish off the Popsicle Stick Garden Fairy art project – have children glue their paper pieces in place {the paper heart doilies are the fairy’s wings} and top off with any other embellishments they see fit.
* Once done, set aside to let it dry completely before displaying proudly!
