Recipe For Stuffed Bacon Jalapeno Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz.) can of Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
- 16 ounce bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 3 large jalapenos, seeds & stem removed/minced
- 4 Mozzarella String Cheese, sliced in half
Directions:
- First cook your bacon and crumble it into small pieces. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut your string cheese into halves. Set aside.
- Removed seeds and stem & dice your jalapeno.
- Now it’s time for the assembling. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into triangles.
- Place a piece of string cheese, along with some bacon and chopped jalapeno on the widest end and roll up. Place on your cookie sheet. Repeat for each dough piece.
- With remaining bacon & minced jalapenos – sprinkle on top of the finished crescent rolls.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
