Directions:
- First trace your child’s hand on the green cardstock. Trim out. Repeat for each handprint Christmas tree card you want to create.
- Now grab your brown cardstock and cut out a rectangular tree trunk shape.
- Using glue dots, glue down the handprint Christmas tree and the tree trunk piece underneath it to the front of the card.
- Grab your rhinestones. Have children place glue dots on the back of each rhinestone and then place them in the center of the “handprint tree” to give it a personalized ornament look.
- Once your child has the look they like, cut out a small simple star from the yellow cardstock and add it to the top of your tree. At this point, you can either add more customization or go straight to personalizing the inside so you can mail it right away. Don’t forget to add your child’s name and age on the Christmas tree card, so the receiver will always know when it was made!
