Hi friends! It’s that time again – today I’m sharing yet another SIMPLE and indulgent popsicle recipe on the blog and it’s the perfect sweet treat to take a step back from reality & indulge a bit!

This Circus Animal Cookie Pudding Pops recipe is soooo simple but yet oh so tasty! You honestly will be wondering why it took you so long to make it in the first place {well – that was my first thought when I made them!}

By using instant pudding mix and your favorite frosted cookies – you too can make these up in a snap {even get the kids involved in the making!}

So whether you are sitting by the pool, at a BBQ, watching fireworks or are just hanging out in your backyard relaxing with the kids – these Circus Animal Cookie Pudding Pops are sure to hit that SWEET spot!

Circus Animal Cookie Pudding Pops {Recipe}

Ingredients:

  • Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • Amount of Cold Mix the Pudding Mix Requires
  • Handful of Circus Animal Cookies
  • Fun Bright Colored Sprinkles
  • Popsicle Stick Mold

Directions:

  • First you are going to make your pudding mix, according to the package directions. Simply pour the pudding mix and milk into a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir until the pudding mix is completely dissolved.
  • Set aside.
  • Next up, use your hands {or a utensil} to crush up the animal cookies into smaller chunks.
  • Place those pieces {along with some extra sprinkles} into the pudding mix you just made and stir gently until well combined.
  • Now pour the finished mixture into your popsicle mold and place in the freezer to freeze.
  • Once frozen – enjoy them!!!
