Psst – it was my birthday last week {woooo} In celebration of another year down and it being awhile since I’ve shared a handmade card tutorial for on the blog, I decided today was the perfect excuse to share this birthday themed craft with you all!
Today’s 3-D Birthday Candle Card tutorial is pretty much PERFECT to whip up on the fly and gift to a friend on their special day {because who doesn’t love candles on their birthday?!}
With just a few minutes of your time, some inexpensive birthday candles and a little creativity – you too can pull this “outside the box” idea together in no time!
You can even easily change up the colors to fit a personal style and/or occasion. This card doesn’t cost a fortune to make and it’s super EASY too. So don’t delay {cause you don’t want to miss their birthday} simply follow the step-by-step tutorial below and help your friend blow out their candles today!!!

3-D Birthday Candle Card Craft Supplies:
* Pre-made Folded Cardstock Cards {or make your own}
* Inexpensive Birthday Candles {found in most baking aisles}
* Low Temp Hot Glue Gun
* Birthday Sentiment Stamp
* Colored Ink Pad
* Stickers/Embellishments
Directions:
* First get your hot glue gun ready
* While you are waiting on that, stamp your birthday sentiment on your card front.
* Once the glue gun is hot & ready, add some glue along the sides of your candles. Place on the card front.
* To finish off the 3-D Candle Birthday Card, simply add other embellishments to give it a personalized touch. Then write a nice message inside and gift away!
