Today we are sharing our DIY Wood Reindeer Clothespin Ornaments tutorial and we hope you are inspired to make a few with your child this afternoon!
Clothespin Reindeer Ornaments For The Tree
So a little back story on today’s crafty idea. Last year this time-frame, I was walking through our local thrift shop when I came across a bag clothespins for .75 cents.
After staring at them for a good few minutes, it finally dawned on me what they looked like. REINDEER CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS FOR THE TREE! So for .75 cents, I couldn’t complain and tossed them in the cart.
Little did I know that they would end up in a black hole in my craft room. I didn’t realize I still had them until I was digging for supplies for another Christmas project last week.
After discovering the forgotten wooden pins and feeling a bit guilty – I pulled them out and set a goal to finally do something with them. This past weekend, after “coaxing” my husband to craft with my son and I, we had some reindeer ornaments for our tree in no time. It only took some paint, glue and glitter. Easy peasy like I always like it!
