PAIR OUR FLOWER CARD TUTORIAL WITH —> Mother’s Day Paper Flower and Poem
The Craft Supplies:
various cardstock/construction paper, craft paint {any colors you like!} paint brushes, small paper plate, paper trimmer, glue stick, green marker
The Directions:
First trim and fold your card. This can be any size you want. Then trim a single sheet of paper to go on the front. You will want it slightly smaller than the card.
Now take your single sheet of paper and have your child add their handprint to the front. This can be done by either painting their hand, then pressing on the paper. Or having them stick their hand in paint on a plate, then on the paper. Let dry completely.
Using your marker, draw a stem to make the handprint look like a flower. If you like, add an embellishment in the center of the handprint.
Now you are ready to assemble your card.
Add some glue to the back of your handprint sheet and lay it on the front of your card. Press down to make sure it sticks. Add a message in the inside & mail to receiver.
