Just be sure to set one apple aside, clear off the kitchen table for a good work space and get your craft on!!! Happy crafting, my friends!!!
Apple Stamped Crab Supplies:
* Thick Cardstock
* Blue/Red Paint
* Paint Brush
* Paper Plate
* Black Marker
* Wiggle Eyes
* School Glue
* First have your child paint a blue water scene on the bottom of their cardstock with the paint brush.
* Once they are done, you are ready to make your crab! Squirt some red paint on a small paper plate. Take your apple and cut it half with your knife. Now take one apple half and cut it again, in half.
* Take the large apple half and rub it in the red paint, until it’s completely covered. Press it down on the center of your “beach” scene. Now grab your smaller apple half, dip it in red paint and press it down on the cardstock twice, for the crab’s claws.
* To finish the Apple Stamped Crab – take your marker and draw some lines to connect the claws to the body, as well as some lines for the legs & eyes. Then grab wiggle eyes and glue them down. Once done, let it all dry completely before displaying proudly!!!
